Where there are any references to “INEOS O&P UK Ltd”, this is a collective business name of the first three legal entities.

Definitions

User ID - The User ID is the name that identifies you when you log on to your computer.

What categories of personal data do we collect?

We may collect the following information:

    • Click-stream Data - data generated by the user’s activities at a website on the Intranet, such as the pages of a website viewed, the links made and the time spent in particular areas.

Why we process your personal data?

We may collect data for the following purposes:

Data is collected from all visitors to the site. Access logs record data for statistical purposes. i.e. to measure the use/performance of an Intranet website. In the event of a security breach this data may also be used to trace the breach.

Any personal data that we record will only be used for the purpose stated at the time we request it. This information will not be disclosed to a third party except where authorised by you or as otherwise permitted by law.

Your personal data is only access by the INEOS personnel responsible for the management of our internet.
