Phenolchemie's name changes to INEOS Phenol
As you may have heard, since April 2001 we are part of the British chemical group INEOS. Therefore we are pleased to inform you that effective October 1, 2001, we will operate under the name of INEOS Phenol Inc. in the USA and INEOS Phenol GmbH & Co. KG in Europe. In addition, we would like to point out that only the company name has changed, but not the legal form or the company headquarters. We appreciate your attention and look forward to a continued, successful co-operation in the future.
