Who we are

WHO WE ARE

We’re proud of our contribution to society

We all depend on oil and gas. With the steady demand for energy in Europe, oil and gas will be essential for many decades to come as a reliable source of energy providing heat, light and fuel to our society. It is a fact that oil and gas underpin the development and the welfare of our modern society, which is why we in INEOS DeNoS are proud of our contribution to keeping the society around us running.

We are passionate and agile

Our most important resources are our enthusiastic and dedicated employees.  Every day we use our skills and competencies to be forward thinking when delivering technical and commercial solutions of high complexity. We believe that value is best created through an open culture where everyone is engaged. Being a small- to mid-sized E&P company allows our employees to get close to the action and make a difference. That also means we are agile and that we can act fast – a necessity when operating in the ever-changing market conditions that characterise the oil and gas industry.

We are a safe full cycle company

INEOS DeNoS is a full cycle company. We are present both as an operator and as an active partner through the entire E&P value chain – from replacing reserves through exploration as well as acquisitions to project development and finally production of oil and gas from our fields. In all that we do, safety has the highest priority. We constantly strive to work in the most safe and responsible way for both people and the environment. Our ambition is clear; zero accidents.

  • Exploration

Our exploration and appraisal investments are primarily focused on Infrastructure-led exploration around our assets.  We see attractive exploration potential in the United Kingdoms in the West of Shetlands area as well as significant near field exploration and appraisal opportunities in Norway and Denmark.

  • Development

INEOS DeNoS continuously assesses opportunities for value creation. The Edradour and Glenlivet development project supports the existing Laggan-Tormore Production in the West of Shetlands.

In August 2017 gas production started from the Edradour and Glenlivet fields.

  • Production

INEOS DeNoS has shares in 13 producing fields in Denmark, Norway and the Shetlands (UK). The majority of our production comes from the large Norwegian gas field Ormen Lange, in which we have a 14 % interest.

In 2017 Production of oil & gas will average approximately 76,000 barrels oil equivalent per day. 65% of production comes from the Norwegian fields, 16% from the Danish fields and another 19% from the West of Shetland fields in the UK.
