Our German production facility is part of an industrial park in the east of Frankfurt/Main. This industrial park was formed after the split up of former Hoechst AG and is run by AllessaChemie GmbH. Historically, former Cassella AG, which can trace its roots back to 1870, was located here.
In Frankfurt we produce all types of Melamine resins for various applications. Our state of the art equipment and well trained and motivated personnel allow us to run this site efficiently while meeting market needs. Investment in our assets and a permanent process optimisation enable us to maintain this position.
Positioned in the heart of Europe we are ideally located to serve our customers according to their needs.

The Springfield, Massachusetts facility is located at an industrial park operated by Solutia Inc. Monsanto began producing Melamine resins at this site in 1946 under the Resimene trade name.
At the Springfield Plant, INEOS Melamines manufactures numerous Melamine resins. The two primary families of resins produced at the site include methylated resins and co-etherified resins. The co-etherified resins incorporate butanol as well as methanol into the manufacturing process. Manufacturing capacity has been steadily increased throughout the site’s 61 year production history. Recent projects have increased plant capacity by over 30% during the last three years. Excellent safety and environmental performance along with continuous improvements in product quality all combine to make the Springfield Plant a world class manufacturing site.
