Our oil and gas business in Norway is focused on exploring, producing, distributing and trading oil and gas. We are a partner in producing fields across the shelf, and we actively participate in and operate exploration and development activities.
Our activity is currently mainly in the Norwegian sea and we produce about 40,000 BOE per day from the fields where we are a partner, with a 93% gas ratio. We currently have production from 4 non-operated fields:
- - Ormen Lange (14.0208%)
- - Alve-Marulk (15%/30%)
- - Gyda (34%)
We also have Equity in the Nyhamna Terminal (8%) as well as 19 exploration licenses, of which 6 are operated.
A major part of our production comes from the Ormen Lange gas field in the Norwegian Sea, of which we own a 14% share.
