INEOS announces Satisfaction of the Conditions for Redemption

INEOS announces Satisfaction of the Conditions for the Redemption of its euro-denominated FLOATING RATE senior SECURED notes due 2019 and its US$-denominated Senior Secured Notes due 2019

INEOS Finance plc ("INEOS") today announces that it has raised funds sufficient to pay and discharge the redemption price of, and accrued interest and any additional amounts payable on (i) its outstanding Floating Rate Senior Secured Notes due 2019 (the "Euro Notes") and (ii) US$300,000,000 aggregate principal amount of its 8⅜% Senior Secured Notes due 2019 (the "Specified Dollar Notes"), which notes have been conditionally called to be redeemed on April 1, 2015.  As such, the Refinancing Condition (stated in each of the notices of redemption issued on March 2, 2015 in respect of the Euro Notes and the Specified Dollar Notes) has been satisfied, and the redemption of the Euro Notes and the Specified Dollar Notes will occur on April 1, 2015.

INEOS further announces that it has raised funds sufficient to pay and discharge the redemption price of, and accrued interest and any additional amounts payable on US$700,000,000 aggregate principal amount of its 8⅜% Senior Secured Notes due 2019 (the "Specified Additional Dollar Notes"), which notes have been conditionally called to be redeemed on April 7, 2015. As such the Refinancing Condition and the Base Redemption Condition (each as stated in the notice of redemption issued on March 6, 2015 in respect of the Specified Additional Notes) has been satisfied, and the redemption of the Specified Additional Dollar Notes will occur on April 7, 2015.
