INEOS Group Holdings plc (the “Issuer”) hereby gives notice to the holders of the 7 7/8% Senior Notes due 2016 and the 8 1/2% Senior Notes due 2016 that, on December 20, 2006 and December 22, 2006, certain of its subsidiaries (the “Additional Guarantors”) were added as guarantors under the Indenture dated as of February 7, 2006 (the “Indenture”) pursuant to Supplemental Indentures entered into by the Issuer, the Additional Guarantors, the Existing Guarantors (as defined therein) and The Bank of New York, as trustee. The Supplemental Indentures were entered into pursuant to Section 4.10 of the Indenture. This Notice is given pursuant to Section 9.05 and Section 13.02 of the Indenture.
