INEOS completes the acquisition of the Belstaff Group from JAB Luxury GmbH

  • This very British heritage brand, with links to automotive is now back under British ownership.
  • The Belstaff business and brand has now transferred into INEOS,  Britain’s largest privately owned company.

INEOS has today completed the acquisition of the Belstaff Group from JAB Luxury GmbH, first announced on 30th October 2017.  The iconic, British brand,  with close to 100 years of heritage, is now back under British ownership.

Belstaff will be a separate INEOS entity, it is not part of IGH SA Group, INOVYN or INEOS Styrolution.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
