Petroineos Fuels Limited held its third Annual Distributor Luncheon at the Cameron House Hotel on Loch Lomond on the 5th September 2013. Thirty delegates from eighteen companies, including a large contingent from Northern Ireland, were represented on the day to hear Refinery Commercial Manager Andrew Gardner deliver a short presentation on drivers in the Global, UK and Wholesale markets before addressing issues on UK refining and in particular the tank remediation / rebuild program taking place at the Grangemouth Refinery and Dalston Terminal.

Andrew was well supported by Petroineos Fuels Limited staff, including, Jim Gardner Sales Manager, David Hayes Account & Business Development Manager, Steve Baird Commercial Development & Operations Manager, Robert Beveridge Hydrocarbon Accounting Team Leader and Lynne McGuigan Credit & Account Support Administrator.

A question and answer session followed the presentation where customers had the opportunity to quiz our senior management team, representing a unique opportunity for two way feedback on day to day operational issues and long term strategic plans.

Refinery Commercial Manager Andrew Gardner commented the feedback has been excellent. The consolidation of the Scottish hinterland business and expansion into new regions is developing strongly. Preparations are now under consideration for next year's event which is planned to be an even bigger and more interactive.
