- Per employee who will perform work on our site :
- First name
- Name
- Possible company name subcontracting
- Start date of work
- End date of work
- Certificates (VCA, compressed air, BA4/5, etc.)
Please also send the following information to contractorsipb@ineos.com.
- Full company name as well as company name of subcontractor if applicable.
- Nature of the work
- The legally required documents of your employee(s)* who needs access to our site to perform work. (See annex guidelines for access)

INEOS Phenol Belgium NV will process the personal data correctly provided by the Contractor with care, in compliance with applicable data protection legislation, in particular the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 ("AVG").
Access badges for the first working day (WD) are prepared the previous working day (WD-1). Therefore, aforementioned data should be in our possession by 12 noon (WD-1) at the latest.
Late returns will not be processed.
On arrival at the INEOS Phenol Belgium site, contact the porter or, in his absence, your INEOS contact person by telephone.
After watching our safety film and taking a short test (minimum score 7/10 with 3 passing grades), your employee will receive an access badge.
