Go Run For Fun 2018: Make your life a journey in colour!
The countdown to the 3 rd Italian edition of GO RUN FOR FUN has started. We refer to the running event for children created by Jim Ratcliffe, owner of chemical company INEOS. This year too there will be two events: 6 th of June in Livorno and the 7 th of June in Rosignano.
From the first time in 2016, the event has grown significantly in terms of satisfaction and participants. The winning idea is to promote a dynamic lifestyle and a healthily eating.
2018 numbers are significant: over 2400 children aged 5-10 for the two dates, against the 750 of the debut edition.
1500 children will meet at Campo Scuola Martelli in Livorno, on June 6, running two separate routes depending on their age: 570 meters for 1st and 2nd grade and 1000 meters for 3rd, 4th and 5th grade of primary school.
Same formula on June 7 at Ernesto Solvay Stadium in Rosignano, where the distances will be 450 and 900 meters respectively. Participants are 950, almost the double of the 2017 event.
A strong participation of young athletes, who will run together in total safety to fun and honor the spirit of what is already a ‘classic’ for Livorno area. An event that you cannot miss!
