A Highly Experienced Executive Team
Steve Dossett, CEO
Appointed as INEOS Inovyn’s CEO in June 2025, Steve leads Europe’s largest PVC and Chlor Alkali business which employees over 4,000 people and generates an annual turnover of ~€4bn. He has 30 years’ global chemical industry experience having previously held CEO positions with INEOS Aromatics and INEOS Composites, and has worked extensively in the US, Switzerland and France. Steve holds a PhD in Chemistry from Bristol University, UK.
Andrew Brown, CFO
Andrew was appointed CFO of INEOS Inovyn in January 2026. He joined INEOS in December 2013 as CFO of INEOS Enterprises, before being appointed CEO of INEOS Enterprises Chemicals in January 2024. Prior to INEOS, Andrew spent over ten years at PwC, working across Europe and North America with a strong focus on the chemicals industry. He holds a Master’s degree in Natural Sciences from the University of Cambridge and is a Chartered Accountant.
Els Pauwels, HR Director
Els joined INEOS Inovyn in October 2023. She brings over 25 years of human resources management experience, with extensive knowledge of the chemical industry where she held senior roles, including Strategic Change & Transformation Leader and Global HR Director. She holds a degree in Business Administration and HR Management.
Pierre Minguet, Operations Director
Pierre brings more than 30 years of global leadership experience in the petrochemicals and polymers industry. Appointed Operations Director in January 2026, he has held a number of senior operational and commercial roles across INEOS, including President of Global Operations and Senior Vice President of European Manufacturing at INEOS Styrolution. Leading more than 3,400 employees across 15 manufacturing sites, Pierre is deeply committed to creating a world-class safety culture. He is also a board member of the Belgian Association of Chemistry and Life Sciences.
Rodney Stobbs, Business Director
Rodney has 30 years of global industry experience spanning a range of chemical value chains. Appointed Business Director in June 2026, he has held a number of senior leadership positions, including Business Director for INEOS Aromatics and INEOS Oxide. With a strong track record of delivering strategic growth and leading businesses through periods of challenge, Rodney brings a strong commercial mindset and a commitment to creating long-term value for customers and the business. He holds a Master's degree in International Relations from the University of Leeds.
