Stage one – Online Application Apply for the 2021 European commercial graduate scheme with your CV and motivation letter Stage two - Telephone Interview (before 8 November) After your online application, there will be a short follow-up conversation Stage three – Pre-Screening Interview Questions With these questions we test your knowledge and interest in the chemical sector Stage four – Telephone Interview During the interview we will ask you about your career aspirations, experience to date and your motivation to join INEOS. Stage five – Assessment Centre (December 2020) Successful applicants from the telephone interview will be invited to an assessment day. There you will complete interviews, a group exercise, and give a presentation. Stage six – Final Interviews (Q1 2021) Successful applicants will be invited for a final selection event at our corporate HQ. Whatever the result, you will have the opportunity to receive feedback on your performance. |
