INEOS announces satisfaction of the Conditions for the Redemption of all of its outstanding 53/8% senior notes due 2024 and 5 5/8% senior notes due 2024.
LUXEMBOURG – November 8, 2021
INEOS Group Holdings S.A. (“INEOS”) today announces that it has raised funds sufficient, together with cash on hand, to pay the redemption price for all of its outstanding €650 million outstanding 53/8% Senior Notes due 2024 (the “Euro Notes”) and $500 million outstanding 5 5/8% Senior Notes due 2024 (the “Dollar Notes” and, together with the Euro Notes, the “Notes”) in full, and to pay all related expenses on or before the redemption date, which Notes have been conditionally called to be redeemed on November 9, 2021. As such, the Refinancing Condition (stated in each of the notices of conditional redemption issued on October 29, 2021) has been satisfied, and the redemption of the Notes will occur on November 9, 2021.
