Applications for the European commercial graduate programme are now open for a September 2020 start. Earlier start dates, including October 2019, are available for those who have already graduated. Please see the link below to apply.

Our UK engineering graduate programme will reopen on Monday 23rd September 2019.

Stage one – Online Application

Stage two - Telephone Interview

During the interview we will ask you about your career aspirations, experience to date and your motivation to join INEOS.

Stage three – Assessment Centre

Successful applicants from the telephone interview will be invited to an assessment day. There you will complete interviews, a group exercise, and give a presentation.

Stage four – Final Interviews

Successful applicants will be invited for a final selection event at one of our sites or at our corporate HQ.

Whatever the result, you will have the opportunity to receive feedback on your performance.
