Stage one – Online Application

Submit your application form online via the INEOS opportunities website.

Stage two - Telephone Interview

During the interview we will ask you about your career aspirations, experience to date and your motivation to join INEOS.

Stage three – Assessment Centre

Successful applicants from the telephone interview will be invited to a half-day assessment day. There you will complete interviews, a group exercise, and give a presentation.

Stage four – Final Interviews

Successful applicants will be invited for a final selection event at one of our sites or at our corporate HQ.

Whatever the result, you will have the opportunity to receive feedback on your performance.
