Following the success of our Investor Days held over the past two years, we are pleased to invite all INEOS and Kerling Bondholders, Investors and Analysts to participate in our 2011 Investor Days. These will be held as follows:

Both investor meetings will follow a similar format to that used in 2009 and 2010, with the scope extended to include a review of the businesses both within INEOS Group and Kerling Plc.
Following a general introduction on the overall performance of both companies the CEO's of the business divisions will each present details of their key financials, markets and competitive analysis.
Question and answer sessions will then be held by each business in a seminar forum, during which time there will be the opportunity for more detailed discussion with the leadership teams.
Please note that a dial-in facility will not be available for these meetings.
