European Commission inspection
INEOS confirms that it has been visited by representatives of the European Commission, as part of an investigation in relation to the proposed acquisition of Norsk Hydro's Kerling business.
The Company is cooperating fully with the Commission’s inspection.
INEOS is confident that it has complied fully with the competition regulations covering the proposed transaction.
