INVITATION TO THE ANNUAL INEOS INVESTOR MEETING
Dear Investor,
I am delighted to invite you to one of the 2022 INEOS Investor Days to be held in London on Tuesday June 7th and New York on Wednesday June 8th. The event will feature INEOS Group Holdings businesses, INEOS Quattro Holdings businesses, and INEOS Enterprises, and is designed to provide you with both an update on the full breadth of INEOS’s businesses and an opportunity for face to face discussions with the INEOS Executive teams.
The format will be similar to that of previous years. The mornings of each day will be devoted to formal presentations from INEOS Capital and each of the businesses. In the afternoons, we will break out into separate areas for the concurrent Business Forum sessions, during which business executive teams will be available to answer questions from investors and analysts. I will also host a discussion table on ESG related topics, and the work INEOS is doing in that regard.
I will confirm details of the locations for the two events in a separate email shortly. In the meantime, please register for either the London meeting or the New York meeting Forum by responding to Debbie Clark (debbie.clark@ineos.com). Since the intent of the days is to encourage direct face to face discussions, we will not be recording the event.
