Invitation to the INEOS Annual Investor Meeting

Dear Investor,
With COVID related restrictions now lifting during July in the UK, I am pleased to announce that INEOS has decided to hold an in-person Investor Meeting on September 7th at the Grosvenor House Hotel, Park Lane, London. The event will feature INEOS Group Holdings businesses, INEOS Quattro Holdings businesses, and INEOS Enterprises. It will not only be an opportunity to receive an update on the full breadth of INEOS’s businesses, but will also be the first opportunity since 2019 to hold detailed face to face discussions with the INEOS Executive teams and INEOS Capital.
The format will be similar to that of previous years. The morning of the 7th September will be devoted to formal presentations from INEOS Capital and each of the businesses. In the afternoon, we will break out into separate rooms for the concurrent Business Forum sessions, during which business executive teams will be available to answer questions from investors and analysts. I will also host a discussion table on sustainability and the work INEOS is doing in that regard.
Unfortunately, due to continued COVID related travel restrictions between the US and UK, we are unable to hold a face to face meeting in the US this year. Instead, we will record the London meeting and make the recording available to US based investors on the afternoon of Sept 7th. We will then hold a virtual separate Business Forum for US based investors at 10 am New York EST on September 8th. The overall schedule for the two days and the agenda for the London meeting is attached.

Please note that there will be no live dial in facility for the London meeting and only pre-registered invitees will be admitted on the day.
