Supporting local communities

We believe that resilient and thriving communities are vital to a sustainable future. We want to be an active corporate citizen to the communities in which we operate.

We actively seek opportunities to connect with and understand the needs of the communities in which we operate, through educational programmes, skill development initiatives, or environmental conservation efforts. Through these initiatives, we provide individuals and groups with the tools, resources, and support they need to thrive.

Building affordable housing: Chicagoland’s Habitat for Humanity

In October, 2024, colleagues from our INEOS Styrolution office in Aurora, Illinois, USA, participated in Chicagoland’s Habitat for Humanity Women Build event. Bringing women together in service of their communities, volunteers spent the day building affordable housing for a habitat family, the majority of which have female heads of household. These events help women to achieve stability and independence through affordable homeownership while creating a powerful message about women helping women. Way to go, ladies! Thank you for giving back and supporting our local communities!
