Steve Harrington, Chief Executive Officer
Steve Harrington is Chief Executive Officer of INEOS Styrolution. Previously he served as President Global Styrene Monomer and Asia-Pacific. During Harrington's 30-year career, he has held various commercial roles at INEOS, and previously worked for ICI and Unilever. He holds a degree in chemistry from Hull University in England and currently serves as chairman of the Styrene Information and Research Center.
John van Oorschot, Chief Financial Officer
John van Oorschot is globally responsible for the company’s Finance, IT and compliance activities. Before his assignment as CFO, van Oorschot held various international management positions in finance, controlling and auditing at INEOS Styrolution, INEOS Styrenics, Nalco (now Ecolab) and KPMG during his 25-year professional career. He holds a degree in Business Economics from Tilburg University and a post-graduate degree to work as a Chartered Public Accountant.
Wouter Van engelandt, President Operations
Wouter Van engelandt is responsible for the company’s global manufacturing network and operational excellence. Wouter brings close to three decades of leadership experience in chemical and petrochemical operations. Before joining INEOS in 2011, he spent many years of his career at BASF, where he held various roles in Operations. His assignments spanned Europe, North America, and Asia. In his most recent role, he served as Director Global Operations at INEOS Aromatics. He holds a PhD as well as a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Ghent University, Belgium.
Michael Mark, President Global Styrene & Feedstocks
Michael Mark brings more than 30 years of experience in the chemical industry. After beginning his career in R&D and Operations, he moved into Finance and Controlling with Bayer and Lanxess before joining INEOS in 2007. Since then, he has held global leadership roles spanning multiple business functions with focus on Controlling, R&D, Sustainability and Strategy while also overseeing INEOS Styrolution's M&A activities. Building on his experience in the styrene business, he was appointed President Global Styrene & Feedstocks in 2026. He holds a PhD in Chemistry.
Greg Fordyce, President Americas
Greg Fordyce is responsible for the business in the Americas region. Prior to this role, Greg served as Vice President Supply Chain and Procurement for the Americas region. During his 32 years in the chemical and food ingredients industries, Greg held various regional and global roles in supply chain, procurement and operations for Albemarle, Nalco and Roquette. Fordyce holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Supply Chain Management from The Pennsylvania State University and an MBA from Averett University.
Mark Beitz, President Asia-Pacific
Mark Beitz is responsible for the company’s business across the APAC region. He began his career in the styrenics industry with BASF in 2002, holding various positions in product management, sales, and innovation management in Germany and Singapore. In 2012, Mark joined INEOS Styrolution as Director Global Strategy and Regulatory Affairs, where he developed the company’s global strategy. He later led the EMEA Specialties business as Vice President Business Management before serving as Global Head of Sustainability, R&D, and Regulatory Affairs. Most recently, he led the China ABS JV with Sinopec as CEO. Mark holds a degree in Business Administration.
Rob Buntinx, President EMEA
Rob Buntinx is INEOS Styrolution's President Europe, Middle East and Africa. Buntinx started his career in 1990 at DSM in the Netherlands, where he held various technical and marketing roles. After joining BASF in 1999, he filled a number of commercial management positions in the company's specialty polymers organisation. In 2011, he joined INEOS Styrolution as Vice President Styrenic Specialties EMEA. Buntinx has a degree in chemical engineering from Hogeschool Zuyd in the Netherlands.
