INEOS Group actively considers options to re-financing existing senior bank debt.
INEOS Group Holdings SA has today issued a consent request to its senior lenders seeking their consent for the disposal of the refineries division. Responses to the consent request should be received on or before 21st April 2011, ahead of expected closing of the transaction in early June.
As INEOS Group moves towards completing its joint venture with PetroChina, it is actively considering options for the re-financing of the existing senior bank debt, although no firm decisions have been made in this regard.
