Spoilers
Different roof spoiler concepts are used depending on design, production size, and manufacturing processes, ranging from blow moulding to multi-component injection moulding. Novodur® HH-112 has been chosen by a major European carmaker for customisable spoilers, while another uses a two-component design combining Novodur® H801 for its high heat resistance and paintability, and Luran® S 778T for its UV and chemical resistance. For applications needing higher heat performance or structural rigidity, materials like Luran® SC KR2864C and glass-fibre-reinforced Novodur® grades are ideal.
