INEOS Vinyls Finance plc ("IVF") today announces the completion of the acquisition by INEOS Holdings Limited (a direct wholly owned subsidiary of INEOS Group Holdings plc) of INEOS Vinyls Group Limited.
The amendments approved by the holders of IVF's 9 1/8% Senior Notes due 2011 (the "Vinyls Notes") on 22 June 2005 and the guarantee by INEOS Group Holdings plc of the Vinyls Notes are now operative.
