INEOS is a global manufacturer of petrochemicals, specialty chemicals and oil products which are supplied through 28 businesses from 148 
facilities in 26 countries, generating revenues in excess of $50bn in 2025.

The Oil & Gas business started in 2015 through the acquisition of exploration and production assets in the UK North Sea, applying operational philosophies from the Chemicals business to improve performance. The business has since expanded its geographic and operational footprint across the UK, Denmark and both onshore and offshore in the US through acquisitions, organic developments and selective divestments.
