Our Ashtabula, Ohio Complex, consisting of two plants just south of Lake Erie, is a state of the art manufacturing complex with leading technology and more than 45 years of manufacturing excellence.  INEOS Pigments’ corporate headquarters is located in the world-class research and administrative facility in Glen Burnie, Maryland, just outside of Baltimore. The facility is home to commercial, supply chain, finance, human resources, research and development, and technical services departments for the company.
