INEOS Group Holdings SA has today confirmed the approval of its senior lenders to the consent request issued on March 31st, for the disposal of the refineries division.
As INEOS Group moves towards completing its joint venture with PetroChina, it is actively considering options for the re-financing of the existing senior bank debt, although no firm decisions have been made in this regard.
