There was a great Home for Christmas event in Ælvespeilet on 22 December, where Atle Pettersen set the Christmas spirit. INEOS met even more students this year than in the past, strengthening the dialogue with the workers of the future.
Member companies in Grenland Business Association and Powered by Telemark have been invited to the event for several years, to show the great diversity of job opportunities in the Grenland region. From the INEOS companies this year, Stian Sem (HR Advisor from INEOS O&P), Thomas Andersen (Training Manager, INEOS Inovyn) and Andre Solbakken Nilssen (Maintenance Planner, INEOS Inovyn) were present.

Grenland is a region with exciting career opportunities in industry and several of the largest industrial players in the region were at the event to talk about topics such as research and development, green transition, technology and innovation. The INEOS companies at Herøya, Rafnes and Rønningen are among Grenland's largest industrial workplaces, with a total of 698 employees and a wide variety of skills and opportunities – not least in engineering.
Home for Christmas will be an informal, free meeting place and in addition to a lot of good information, students and job seekers got music and entertainment with Grenland boy Atle Pettersen.
An additional draw at INEOS' stand was the raffle of prizes from INEOS Sports, with Truls Østvedt and Sondre Tengs each winning a Mercedes-AMG F1 Team jersey.
Congratulations!
