Antwerp Lillo, Belgium

The Antwerp site employs approximately 150 people and operates a world-class membrane electrolysis unit producing chlorine, caustic soda and potassium hydroxide.

Located in the Antwerp chemical cluster, the site supplies chlorine and caustic soda to major industrial customers through an integrated pipeline network. Hydrogen produced on-site is compressed and fed into a transnational hydrogen network, supporting the region’s industrial ecosystem.

Antwerp Zandvliet, Belgium

The Zandvliet site employs approximately 470 people and produces ethylene dichloride (EDC), along with styrene monomer, polystyrene and ABS products, with a total production volume of around 1.85 million t/y.

Located within the integrated BASF Antwerp complex, the site plays a key role in INEOS Inovyn’s PVC value chain by converting hydrogen chloride supplied by BASF into EDC, a vital raw material for downstream PVC production sites in Belgium and Germany.

Jemeppe, Belgium

The Jemeppe site is one of INEOS Inovyn’s major production facilities, employing approximately 485 people. It produces salt, chlorine, caustic soda, hydrogen, VCM and PVC.

With a PVC production capacity of 570,000 t/y, making it one of Europe’s largest PVC plants. The site also hosts INEOS Inovyn’s Research, Technology and Engineering Centre, supporting operations across the company’s European network.

Jemeppe

Martorell, Spain

The Martorell site employs approximately 300 people and produces VCM and PVC, with a total production volume of around 554,000 t/y. Located near Barcelona, it is Spain’s largest PVC production site and is strategically positioned to serve customers across Southern Europe and the Mediterranean region.

The site supplies high-quality products primarily to the building and construction sector and is recognized for its strong focus on operational excellence, safety and sustainability.

Newton Aycliffe, UK

The Newton Aycliffe site employs approximately 315 people and produces PVC resin and PVC compounds, with a total production volume of around 316,000 t/y.

Home to the UK’s only Suspension PVC resin manufacturing facility and to the Europe’s largest PVC compounding operations plant, the site supplies customers across the UK and global markets. The compounds plant also features product development, analytical and application laboratories that support innovation and tailored customer solutions.

Northwich, UK

The Northwich site employs approximately 70 people and specializes in brine solution mining and processing. The site produces around 2.5 million t/y of salt and supplies brine to INEOS Inovyn’s Runcorn facility, where it is used as a key raw material for the production of chlorine, caustic soda and other chlor-alkali products. Its operations play a critical role in supporting the UK chlor-alkali value chain.

Porsgrunn, Norway

The Porsgrunn site employs approximately 115 people and produces around 200,000 t/y of PVC. Located within the Herøya Industrial Park in Norway, the site manufactures both suspension and paste PVC, including bio-attributed and climate-neutral grades marketed under the BIOVYN™ and NEOVYN™ brands.

The site also hosts INEOS Inovyn’s RTE facilities and plays a key role in supporting sustainable PVC production and innovation.

Rafnes, Norway

The Rafnes site employs approximately 352 people and produces chlorine, caustic soda, VCM, hydrochloric acid, ethylene and propylene, with a total  production volume of around 1.8 million t/y.

Located in one of Norway’s largest petrochemical hubs, the site plays a key role in INEOS Inovyn’s European value chain, supplying VCM to downstream PVC plants in Norway, Sweden and the UK, while serving customers across a range of industrial sectors.

Rheinberg, Germany

The Rheinberg site employs around 300 people and produces PVC, VCM and hydrochloric acid. Located in western Germany, it is a key manufacturing hub for INEOS Inovyn, supplying various industries across Europe, including construction and automotive.

Rosignano, Italy

The Rosignano site employs approximately 350 people and produces chlorine, caustic soda, hydrogen and related derivatives, with a total production volume of around 1 million t/y.

Located on Italy’s west coast, the site serves a wide range of industrial sectors and is one of Europe’s leading hydrogen production facilities.

Runcorn, UK

The Runcorn site employs approximately 630 people and produces chlorine, caustic soda, chlorinated derivatives, hydrochloric acid, sodium hypochlorite, hydrogen and salt.

Home to one of Europe’s largest membrane electrolysis units, the site supplies essential chemicals to a wide range of industries, including water treatment, construction, electronics and pharmaceuticals, and plays a strategic role in the UK chemical sector.

Stenungsund, Sweden

The Stenungsund site employs approximately 314 people and produces PVC, caustic soda and hydrochloric acid, with a total production volume of around 535,000 t/y.

Located on Sweden’s west coast, the site supplies customers across the Nordic and European markets and is a key producer of BIOVYN™ and NEOVYN™, INEOS Inovyn’s sustainable PVC products.

Tavaux, France

The Tavaux site employs approximately 730 people and produces PVC, VCM, chlorine, caustic soda, hydrogen and chlorine derivatives, with a total production volume of around 1.5 million t/y.

One of INEOS Inovyn’s largest manufacturing sites, Tavaux supplies more than one million tonnes of products annually to customers across Europe and is a key hub within the company’s chlor-alkali and PVC value chain.

Tavazzano, Italy

The Tavazzano site employs approximately 25 people and produces sodium hypochlorite and hydrochloric acid, with a total production volume of around 50,000 t/y.

Located in northern Italy, the site primarily serves the detergents and agrochemicals sectors and also acts as a strategic logistics hub for chlorine, caustic soda and PVC in the region.
