Novodur: ABS for technical performance
Novodur® is INEOS Styrolution’s specialty ABS range for injection moulding as well as extrusion for our customers in the United States. These grades combine good impact strength, dimensional stability, chemical resistance, easy processing and high-quality surface appearance. Available in pre-coloured and specialised grades, Novodur is well suited for painting or plating and demanding applications requiring durability and premium aesthetics.
Novodur High Heat: ABS built for thermal stress
Novodur® High Heat addresses applications where standard ABS reaches its limits. These grades provide enhanced heat resistance while maintaining strong mechanical performance and surface quality. It is a proven choice for automotive exterior components as well as electrical and electronic housings exposed to elevated temperatures.
Lustran: ABS designed for extrusion
Lustran® represents our mass ABS offering, specifically developed for extrusion and thermoforming. These grades provide stiffness, impact resistance and excellent thermoformability with consistent surface quality. Lustran is a proven solution for extruded sheets, furniture edge-bands and construction profiles, as well as injection-moulded medical devices, where dimensional stability and consistent performance are essential.
