INEOS KOH is a leading manufacturer of potassium hydroxide (KOH), sometimes referred to as caustic potash. Our Ashtabula, Ohio site has been operating since the early 1960s. Our focus is on markets and products that provide sustained, profitable growth for our core potassium hydroxide chemistry. We service our customers from our Ashtabula production site and a network of terminals and warehouses strategically located in the U.S. and Canada.
INEOS KOH makes Liquid Potassium Hydroxide, Liquid Potassium Carbonate, Hydrochloric Acid and Liquid Chlorine which are NSF certified and comply with the ANSI/NSF 60 requirements of the NSF International. The NSF sets the guidelines and policies for the qualification of chemicals used as drinking water additives.
Our site in Ashtabula has been certified since 1998 and is currently certified to ISO 9001:2015 by ABS-QE. Our main products are also Kosher certified.
