On Saturday morning, our on-call Business Resource Officer received a new plan for our transports, to and from our site, from the Fire and Rescue Service. This is due to the landslide that has occurred at the E6 and affects the northern exit (91) to Stenungsund.
Stenungsund's Rescue Service wants all ADR traffic (dangerous goods) that is going to INOVYN to drive the following stretch of road, see map below.

Our Logistics Department immediately contacted our transport suppliers affected by the new road route in order to inform their drivers.
It is our incoming deliveries/transports that are most affected in this situation. Outbound transports take place according to the regular road route via the northern junction south on the E6 that has been opened. However, this of course affects the flow of traffic that from Spekerödsmotet is directed through Ucklum and Ljungskile to get back onto the E6 further north.
Number of transports per day to INEOS Inovyn:
- Approx. 50 trucks with PVC delivery
- About 20 trucks with incoming delivery/goods of various kinds
- Approximately 10 ADR transports (dangerous goods) that are now referred to a new route within the central city and in built-up areas
If you need more information regarding transports to and from our site, contact our Logistics Department, call switchboard 0303-87 500.
