INEOS is co-owner of Manchester United with sporting control. Blind trust arrangements have been implemented in respect of OGC Nice in French Ligue 1 and FC Lausanne-Sport in the Swiss Super League as a result of which neither INEOS nor Sir Jim Ratcliffe has control of or decisive influence over OGC Nice or FC Lausanne-Sport.
