To monitor the evolution of our workforce, we track employee demographics and review these annually for all of INEOS. These are used to review manpower planning requirements, and to ensure succession planning and recruitment and development is meeting business objectives based on merit. We collect data on age and gender. We do not universally track demographic data based on ethnicity because definitions of racial minorities differ from country to country and collecting such data in some countries is a violation of privacy laws.
