China team strengthens bonds with family day
INEOS Aromatics in Zhuhai, China, hosted two family days for nearly 300 employees and their families in January, opportunities to get to know INEOS better and for the company to express its gratitude for the support they provide.
Plant manager Li Yong made a warm opening speech and delivered a brief introduction to INEOS, after which the employees and families toured the site, where they were understandably impressed by the scale of the plant operations, took part in a fun safety quiz then spent time with an emergency response team member getting to know how the firefighting facility works.
Following the site visit, the employees, families and other colleagues had fun taking part in outdoor team bonding activities organized by the labour union in downtown Zhuhai.
