INEOS Holdings Limited today announced that its indirect wholly owned subsidiary, INEOS Finance plc, has launched an offering (the “Offering”) of euro-denominated senior secured notes due March 2026 (the “Notes”) in order to raise, in combination with additional term loan borrowings announced on October 19, 2020 (the “TLB Financing”, and together with the Offering, the “Transactions”), an aggregate principal amount of approximately €700,000,000. INEOS Finance plc intends to use the proceeds from the Transactions for general corporate purposes, including to pay transaction fees and expenses and the payment of future dividends to its parent entities of up to €300 million.
