INEOS has taken the step to separate its non-financial disclosure reporting from its sustainability reporting.
Our non-financial disclosure report contains our non-financial data and the narrative we are required to present as part of compliance with sustainability reporting regulations. Our non-financial disclosures will be the ‘sustainability statement’ required under the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive. These disclosures will be assured by our auditor and are written in a way that allows compliance with disclosure regulations.
Our sustainability report is an opportunity for us to demonstrate what we have achieved and the things we have been working on. It contains illustrative case studies that cannot be readily audited using the system required by disclosure regulations such as CSRD and is therefore not assured.
