Sustainability management

INEOS has a federal structure of distinct businesses that report directly to our shareholders. Each INEOS business is responsible for managing its own sustainability but must do so in line with group standards and targets. Businesses are supported at group level by a team that provides guidance on implementing INEOS’ policies and procedures. Businesses also share information and collaborate through internal networks, such as INEOS’ Climate and Energy Network and ESG Group. Compliance with internal standards is driven through regular reporting to INEOS’ shareholders, as well as audits and sustainability-related performance incentives.
