Sins
Sins is a standalone facility located in Switzerland between Zug and Lucerne, operating at an annual capacity of 30,000 tonnes for a range of PVC products including rigid, flexible, dry blend and medical PVC compounds.
The facility is ISO 9001:2015 registered and has a long history, originally owned by Lonza, first producing PVC compound for cables back in 1955. Ownership then changed to ICI, EVC and INEOS in 2002. The site principally serves customers in Central and Eastern Europe and has a strong position in both the construction and medical sectors. INEOS Compounds Sins is also the leading company in Europe for compounds made of RESYSTA®, a rice husk based material for outdoor applications. INEOS has the European licence to produce the raw materials for this very innovative product, used for a variety of outdoor applications including decking, facades and fencing.
