INOVYN Sverige AB has the coordination responsibility for safety issues when working in the company's area and formulates its safety regulations based on the Work Environment Act and the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations.

In some cases, we have found it necessary to clarify certain regulations and to tighten our rules in a number of different areas. Therefore, all companies that carry out contracting work with us must comply with applicable laws and regulations and also carefully familiarize themselves with our own local instructions and INOVYN's General Terms and Conditions.

The contractor shall ensure that subcontractors are notified and comply with the requirements set by us.
INOVYN has the right to expel personnel from the factory area who fail to comply with these regulations.

For the chemical substances that contractors intend to use , safety data sheets must be sent to SDB.ste@ineos.com.

Allmänna villkor / Terms and Conditions

All our orders or agreements after 2010-10-01 are based on the "General Terms and Conditions" which you can find below.  
If these Terms and Conditions or the Agreement are translated into a language other than English, the English text shall prevail.

All of Inovyn Purchase Orders or Agreements/Contracts signed after 2010-10-01 are governed by the provisions of the
"Terms and Conditions", that can be found here below.
If this document or the Purchase Order or the Agreement/Contract is to be translated into other language than English, then the English version of the commercial "Terms and Conditions" shall prevail over the translated text.
