INEOS is committed to an environment where open, honest communications are the expectation, not the exception. We want you to feel comfortable in approaching your line manager or other management if you believe INEOS or a specific individual, acting on INEOS’s behalf, is behaving unethically or improperly. However, if you would prefer to report such matters indirectly, you can now do so through our Speak Up! Service. This free service is provided for staff, via an independent third party (NAVEX Global) through its “EthicsPoint” system. Please note that reports of SHE problems will only be accepted if they have already been raised with management.
The information you provide will be held in confidence to the extent permitted by law, and will only be disclosed for the purpose of investigating your report. You may choose to identify yourself in your report or to report anonymously. You have INEOS’s guarantee that your comments will be heard.

Speak Up! gives you the opportunity to tell us about serious matters of unethical or improper behaviour, which you believe creates a serious issue for INEOS. You can report 24/7/365 using a toll-free phone number available in most languages, or via the internet (in English).
Speak Up! is currently available for all INEOS, INEOS Styrolution and INOVYN, INEOS Grenadiers and INEOS Britannia employees.
